Purpose: This document outlines the terms and conditions governing the cancellation of services and refund policies for users of Our Early Wage Access (EWA) service. By accessing and using our service, you agree to abide by these terms.

  • “Bafu Inc” or “We” or “Us” or “Our”: Refers to Bafu, Inc. and its affiliates.
  • “Services”: Bafu’s products, services, and features available through Our Site.

Cancellation of Services

Voluntary Termination: Users have the right to cancel their access to Our EWA service at any time for any reason. To initiate the cancellation process, users must follow the instructions provided on our platform or contact our customer support team.

Effect of Termination:Upon cancellation of the service, users will no longer have access to their Bafu account and associated features. Any pending wage advances or transactions will be processed according to the terms in effect at the time of cancellation.

No Refund on Transaction Fees: Please note that transaction fees, if applicable, are non-refundable upon cancellation of the service.

Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refunds: Users may be eligible for refunds under certain circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Overpayment of fees.
  • Unauthorized transactions.
  • Technical errors resulting in incorrect fund transfers.

Refund Requests: To request a refund, users must contact Our customer support team within a reasonable time frame from the occurrence of the event warranting a refund. Refund requests must include sufficient details and evidence to support the claim.

Refund Processing: Upon receipt of a valid refund request, we will review the request and, if approved, initiate the refund process within a reasonable time frame. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed upon.

Refund Deductions: Please note that certain deductions may apply to refund amounts, including but not limited to processing fees or charges incurred by third-party payment processors (Plaid).
